Birdeye's User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design is a crucial aspect that influences the overall user engagement and satisfaction. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, making it user-friendly even for first-time users. The use of colors and visuals is well balanced, ensuring that users are not overwhelmed with too much information at once.

The UX design is based on a user-centric approach, prioritizing the needs of the user. It is designed to be responsive and efficient, ensuring that users can perform their desired tasks with minimal effort. The flow from one process to another is seamless, enhancing the overall user experience. Interactive elements and feedback mechanisms are implemented strategically, keeping users engaged and informed throughout their journey.

However, like any design, there is always room for improvement. A more personalized experience could further enhance user engagement. Additionally, the use of modern UX/UI trends could be considered to keep the design fresh and appealing to the users and that is where I will be coming in.

Moving I’ll be showing some of the screens/design elemets off Birdeye that can be redesigned and explain my thought process and how these redesigns can help convert.

While the designs annd some off the elements. are well placed, the first thing I noticed was the button placements (Highlighted in dotted lines)

This placement is confusing because it. has. poor heirachy annd unclear labelling, to fix this, it's important to ensure that CTAs are visually prominent and clearly labeled with actionable language. (Redesign below)
